Here’s how you can complete the drill:
- Lie on your back
- Bend your knees backward and elevate your legs on a bench or couch
- Put one palm on your lower abdomen area and another on your chest
- Take deep breaths, making sure you’re inflating your stomach instead of breathing through your chest.
- Repeat
