Tip #1: Press-Up

Press-ups are a common solution for relief, and they work so well because you can practice a few reps anywhere you find the space. Chiropractors use press-ups during the initial assessments for pain, but they can also work as a remedy.

Here’s how to do the press-ups:

Lie on your stomach
Put your hands flat on the floor under your shoulders in the push-up position
Raise the upper half of your body, supporting it with your hands
Press the upper half of your body as far back as you can while relaxing your legs and lower back
Keep your hips in contact with the floor
Hold the raised position for 1-2 seconds
Return to the original position
